Celebrate automotive excellence at the John Haynes Classic with our prestigious Show Awards, recognising the standout vehicles, stories, and displays of the event.

During the day our judges will select a shortlist of 3 finalists per award category, before announcing the winner on the Live Stage at 3:45pm. If you have been shortlisted you will find a show rosette positioned on your vehicle.

Award Categories

The Machines & Their Manuals Display Award

This award honours the vehicle and owner whose story best embodies the spirit of the Haynes Workshop Manuals.

Practical Classics’ Car of the Show

As our show media partner, Danny Hopkins, editor of Practical Classics magazine will be selecting his standout vehicle from the show.

Best Club Display

Awarded to the club stand that has most caught the eye through either selection of vehicles or effort involved.

Best in Show

The vehicle that stole the show in 2025 through either its rarity, level of restoration, level of originality or wow factor.
