Car & Bike Club FAQs
It's £140 per stand (5m x 15m).
The stand sizes are 5m x 15m for maximum of 5 cars or 10 bikes.
Yes, a maximum of 2 stands per club can be booked.
Included in your ticket is 5 cars or 10 bikes (or 10 cars and 20 bikes if you choose to purchase 2 stand spaces). Entry also includes a maximum of 2 adults per vehicle. Your Club will also be included in our show guide, as well as getting complimentary access to the Museum between 8:30am - 9:30am.
Any additional adults or children aged between 4-15 must purchase separate General Admission tickets and bring them on the day, children under 4 are free.
Club Stands will be judged and awards will be made on stage on the day. We encourage Clubs to create attractive displays of members’ vehicles, for everyone's overall enjoyment. Awards categories will be announced shortly.
Yes, we would encourage everyone to have a look around and enjoy the show, however, at least one person from your Club must be on the stand at all times.
Yes, please feel free to bring a gazebo (up to 3m x 3m), these must be displayed within your allocated stand, please note these items must be weighted with sand or water due to some hardstanding areas.
You can arrive from 8am on the event day, and must be set up by 9:30am.
All Clubs need to be on site from 9:30am to 4pm.
Yes, please feel free to bring flags to promote your club, these must be displayed within your allocated stand.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept BBQs and generators at the event for the safety of guests and the site.
The final positioning of your stand will be entirely at the discretion of Haynes Motor Museum and we reserve the right to reposition any stand at any time before or during the event.
Should a Club wish to cancel their booking, notification of cancellation must be received in writing however, no refunds will be available once a booking is made.
